Scholarships
Scholarship Application Requests are OPEN from June 1st through June 15th.
Applications for the fall of 2024 will be open for new requests from June 1st through June 15th. We will not accept applications outside of those dates.
*Scholarship submissions are not a guarantee of funds given. All requests are income-based and need-based, and there are a limited amount of funds available. All applications will be processed in the order received. Once your application is received, we will be contacting you via email regarding approval or denial of your request.
**Some advanced classes do not qualify for scholarship fund requests

Scholarship Applications are accepted for two weeks in the summer and two weeks in the winter. Fall applications are open from June 1st through June 15th, and spring applications are open from December 1st through December 15th. Application forms must be submitted by 11:59pm on the final day of acceptance. Any forms submitted after that date and time will be null and void.
We do not take applications outside of open submission times.
Scholarship funds received will be applied to monthly tuition cost ONLY. Enrollment fees, concert fees, and costume or concert attire are the responsibility of the paying party. All families in advanced classes are also required to either participate or buy out of all fundraisers.
We have a limited number of funds available for distribution, and all requests are on a first-come first-serve basis. The total dollar amount requested, and the dollar amount rewarded may vary.
Submission of application requests does not guarantee approval of scholarship funds.
Once your application is completed, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. All communications regarding approval or denial of your request will be sent via the email provided on the form.
To accept funds, the applicant must enroll their students in the classes requested on this form. All students will be required to pay a $20 non-refundable enrollment fee, which will serve as your acceptance of scholarship funds.
If after receiving a response, you decide not to enroll your student, all scholarship funds rewarded will be null and void once the enrollment period closes for that semester.
If you would like to change the information submitted on the scholarship application regarding classes your children would be enrolled in, please reach out to Kristen Culver for more information. Any changes to the information requested regarding classes to enroll in could change the amount of scholarship funds rewarded.
